主な業務は、お客様のご案内と1階インフォメーションカウンターでの各種サービス（温泉・ロッカー・宅配便・仮眠施設の管理・館内清掃作業）となります。お客様にとって最初にお会いする「スキー場の顔」として、温かいおもてなしと丁寧な情報提供をお願いいたします。美しい山岳環境の中で、お客様一人ひとりに心のこもったサービスを提供し、白馬でのスキー体験を素晴らしい思い出にするお手伝いをしていただきます。
Your main responsibilities include guest guidance and managing the 1st floor information counter services (hot springs, lockers, delivery services, managing the resting rooms, and some facilities cleaning). As the welcoming face of our mountain and base center, you'll be the first person guests meet, providing warm hospitality and helpful information to ensure they have everything they need. Working in our beautiful mountain environment, you'll deliver personalized service to each guest, helping them create wonderful memories during their Hakuba ski experience.

6:00～15:00、7:00～16:00、10:00～19:00、13:30～22:30（8.0ｈ）
休日
週1日以上、月8休程度、シフトによる交代制

▪️Qualifications
18 years of age or older, healthy, and able to work diligently and cheerfully without tardiness or absenteeism.
Hair, jewelry, and grooming that are inappropriate for customer service work must comply with company regulations.
