お客様に安全にリフトを利用してもらう為、様々な業務があります。
通常業務としては、リフト券の確認を行なう改札係、リフトにキチンと座ってもらう為のお手伝いをする乗客係、リフトの運転、減速、停止等の操作をする運転係、安全に降りてもらう為の降客係、以上を見守り必要な場合はフォローする監視係などです。除雪、整地、リフトのイスの高さに影響する雪面の高さ調整、風の監視等、他にも、お客様の安全の為に、気を配る事が重要です。
There are various duties to ensure guests can use the lifts safely. Regular tasks include ticket checking, assisting passengers to sit properly on the lift, operating the lift (starting, slowing, stopping), helping passengers disembark safely, and monitoring operations to provide support when necessary. Other responsibilities include snow removal, slope leveling, adjusting snow surfaces that affect chairlift height, and monitoring wind conditions. Above all, constant attention to guest safety is essential.

7:45～16:45、6:30～又は～21:45迄の早出・残業の場合あり

週1日以上、月8休程度

接客業に相応しくない頭髪・装飾品・身だしなみ等は、当社規定に合わせていただきます。

▪️ Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older, in good health, punctual, and able to approach work with a cheerful and sincere attitude.
Hairstyles, accessories, and appearance not suitable for customer service must conform to company regulations.

Able Hakuba Goryu — Toomi, Alps-daira, and Iimori slopes.
