お客様一人一人に適した用具選び、正確な調整、スムーズな貸出、及び返却対応、用具のメンテナンスが主な仕事です。五竜で良いスノー体験をしてもらう ためのお手伝いする大切な仕事です。
Your main responsibilities will be helping each customer choose the right equipment, making precise adjustments, ensuring smooth rental and return processes, and maintaining the gear. It’s an important role in helping guests enjoy a great snow experience at Goryu.

1. レンタル
時給｜1,350円
休日｜週1日以上、月7休 程度、シフトによる交代制
勤務時間｜6:30～17:00、7:30～17:00、7:00～18:00、13:00～22:00（中抜け有の7.5ｈ）
2. 通勤レンタル係（ナイト）
時給｜1,450円
休日｜週1日以上、シフトによる交代制
勤務時間｜17:00～22:00（4.5ｈ）
▪️資 格
18歳以上、健康で遅刻や欠勤なく明るくまじめに仕事に取り組める方
接客業に相応しくない頭髪・装飾品・身だしなみ等は、当社規定に合わせていただきます。

1. Rental
Hourly Wage | ¥1,350
Holidays | At least one day per week, approximately seven days off per month, shift rotation
Working Hours | 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (7.5 hours with breaks)
2. Commuter Rental (Night)
Hourly Wage | ¥1,450
Holidays | At least one day per week, shift rotation
Working Hours | 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM (4.5 hours)
▪️Qualifications
18 years of age or older, healthy, and able to work diligently and cheerfully without tardiness or absenteeism.
Hair, jewelry, and grooming that are inappropriate for customer service work must comply with company regulations.
▪️Work Location
Able Hakuba Goryu: Toomi, Alpsdaira, and Iimori slopes
