お子様をお預かりし、安全で楽しい時間を過ごしていただけるようサポートするお仕事です。
主な業務内容：
・お子様のお出迎え・お見送り
・室内外での遊びの見守り、サポート
・お昼寝の際の見守り
・トイレのサポート
・保護者様への様子の共有・報告
・室内の清掃・安全確認
お子様一人ひとりに寄り添いながら、笑顔あふれる保育を目指しています。保育士資格をお持ちの方はもちろん、資格がなくても子どもが好きな方、丁寧に対応いただける方を歓迎します。
This role involves caring for children and helping them enjoy a safe, fun time at the facility.
Main responsibilities:
Greeting children and seeing them off
Supervising and supporting indoor/outdoor play
Watching over children during nap time
Assisting with diaper changes and bathroom needs
Sharing updates with parents about their child's day
Cleaning and maintaining a safe environment
We aim to provide warm, attentive care tailored to each child. Applicants with a childcare license are welcome, but so are those without one who simply love working with children and can provide thoughtful care.
勤務時間
8:00～17:00（実働8ｈ）
休日
平日週1日以上、月8休 程度、シフトによる交代制
More than one weekday per week, approximately eight days off per month, shift rotation system

接客業に相応しくない頭髪・装飾品・身だしなみ等は、当社規定に合わせていただきます。

▪️Qualifications
18 years of age or older, healthy, and able to work diligently and with a positive attitude, without tardiness or absenteeism.
Hair, jewelry, and personal grooming are inappropriate for customer service work and must adhere to company regulations.
