自然の雪だけでは足りないときに、安定したゲレンデコンディションを支える重要な仕事です。
夜間の寒い環境での作業になりますが、自分たちがつくった雪がゲレンデを形づくり、翌日のスキー場を支えていることを実感できる仕事です。
未経験の方も、先輩スタッフが丁寧に指導します。

We set up, operate and adjust snow guns whilst monitoring factors such as temperature, humidity and snow conditions, to produce the snow required for the slopes.
This is a vital role in maintaining consistent slope conditions when natural snow alone is insufficient.
Although the work takes place in cold conditions at night, it is a job where you can truly feel that the snow you produce shapes the slopes and supports the ski resort for the following day.
Even if you have no prior experience, our senior staff will provide thorough guidance.
