日給￥10,875円＋職務手当
Daily wage: 10,875 yen + job allowance

何千万円もする雪上の重機を操り、フラットバーンを造成するスキー場で一番の裏方です。天候次第で、リフト営業終了後に作業を開始する場合と、リフト営業開始時刻にあわせて深夜に開始する作業とそれぞれ当日決定します。
This role involves operating snow grooming machines worth tens of millions of yen to prepare smooth, flat slopes—one of the most important behind-the-scenes jobs at the ski resort. Depending on weather conditions, work may begin after lift operations end or during the night to ensure the slopes are ready for the next day’s opening.
勤務時間
16:00～8:00、16:00～18:00・22:00～7:00、16:00～18:00・23:00～8:00（7.5ｈ）
休日
週1日以上、月7休程度、シフトによる交代制
More than one day a week, about seven days off per month, shift rotation
▪️資 格
油圧重機の運転経験が有り、冬以外の仕事をお持ちの方。
接客業に相応しくない頭髪・装飾品・身だしなみ等は、当社規定に合わせていただきます。
18歳以上、健康で遅刻や欠勤なく明るくまじめに仕事に取り組める方。

▪️Qualifications
Experience operating hydraulic heavy equipment and working outside of winter.
Hair, jewelry, and grooming that are inappropriate for customer service work must comply with company regulations.
Age 18 or older, healthy, and able to work diligently and cheerfully without tardiness or absenteeism.
