お客様が帰った後の深夜から早朝にかけて、圧雪車を運転してゲレンデを整備する仕事です。
その日の雪質や天候、コースの状態を確認しながら、翌朝お客様が気持ちよく滑れる最高のゲレンデに仕上げます。
未経験の方も、先輩スタッフが丁寧に指導します。
This role involves driving a snow groomer to prepare the slopes from late at night until early morning, once the guests have left.
Whilst checking the day’s snow conditions, weather and the state of the runs, you will ensure the slopes are in the best possible condition so that guests can enjoy a pleasant ski experience the following morning.
Even if you have no prior experience, our senior staff will provide thorough guidance.
勤務時間
16:00～翌8:00 （実働7.5ｈ）
休日
週1日以上、月7休程度、シフトによる交代制
More than one day a week, about seven days off per month, shift rotation
▪️資 格
油圧重機の運転経験が有り、冬以外の仕事をお持ちの方。
接客業に相応しくない頭髪・装飾品・身だしなみ等は、当社規定に合わせていただきます。
18歳以上、健康で遅刻や欠勤なく明るくまじめに仕事に取り組める方。

▪️Qualifications
Experience operating hydraulic heavy equipment and working outside of winter.
Hair, jewelry, and grooming that are inappropriate for customer service work must comply with company regulations.
Age 18 or older, healthy, and able to work diligently and cheerfully without tardiness or absenteeism.
