About Your Instructor:

Renka (@yoga_ren_ ), a passionate yoga instructor residing in Hakuba Goryu, is dedicated to helping people release urban stress and connect with nature through yoga in Hakuba's magnificent natural environment. The session includes a gentle, body-friendly breakfast.

• Date: Saturday, October 4th, 2025

• Venue: Hakuba Goryu Alpine Botanical Garden - Garden Terrace

• Meeting Point: Escal Plaza 2F, in front of the monitor

Schedule

7:30 AM - Meet at Escalator Plaza 2F (monitor area)

8:00 AM - Yoga lesson at Garden Terrace

9:00 AM - Session ends, free departure

Indoor venue available in case of rain

Participation Fee: ¥3,000 (¥2,500 for Hakuba Village residents)

What to Bring

• Yoga mat (Free rental mats available)

• Water/drinks

• Comfortable clothing suitable for movement
